This material is used in half or full-day workshops to introduce people to the HexSim model.

Spatial Population Biology Class

This section contains material that is still under development. The intention is to develop a 10-week lecture/lab course targeting advanced undergraduates and graduate students. The class will introduce several key theories in population biology, landscape ecology, and conservation, and will use HexSim to visualize emergent system dynamics.

HexSim Tutorials

This material is useful for getting started using the HexSim model. The tutorials provide a consistent and methodical introduction to the model. Some of this material is old and possibly in need of improvement.
